SAP Consultant

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years minimum experience in Software Engineering, Software Development, or Software Design.
• 3+ years of end-to-end life cycle design and implementations of modules using SAP SuccesssFactors HXM Suite

Knowledge, experience, and skills:

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in developing SAP SuccessFactors HXM suite.
• Experience in design, developing and implementing module Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruiting which meets the business requirements of the organization.
• Experience in developing Integration using integration center and / or Supporting Integration developers using SuccessFactors OData API’s
• Strong foundational knowledge of Business Rules, workflows, and Provisioning configurations
• Experience on performance tuning, optimize Business rules, and improve responsiveness of the application.
• Experience with automated test frameworks to ensure functionality, compatibility, and performance.
• Ability to work independently (self-driven)
• Experience working in Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/etc.)

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in developing other SF modules like Compensations, Benefits, Succession Planning and LMS
• Experience in supporting SAP BTP Applications development.
