As a core member of our Corporate Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Your Role: Assist in the provision of corporate secretarial services to clients based in foreign jurisdictions. Take ownership of Document management process including collection, renaming and storing of relevant documents in the central repository, updating trackers on a timely basis. Participate in knowledge transfer activities and ensure smooth and seamless transition to Pune office. Prepare legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution, for clients worldwide in accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines. Prepare/ update Corporate structure charts of client structures serviced by Citco. Preparation of minutes of Board meetings/AGM/EGM. Perform and/ or monitor statutory filings/compliances with local authorities. Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues worldwide in order to gather information and/ or documentation required to carry out assignments. Review work of the Cosec team to ensure output is in accordance with client standards. Preparation/Updation of various reports related to utilization, trackers, taking corrective actions when needed and ensure deadlines are met and KPI’s are in good shape. Team Management and appraisals. Act as an SME and take active participation in global/local projects. Relationship building with all the stakeholders and effective collaboration with onshore colleagues. About You: You are a Company Secretary (must) or have a degree in Law (preferred). You are fluent in English (written and spoken). You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
