Job Summary:

• Plays a pivotal role as the Architect in crafting technical designs for product features and integrations across diverse internal and external systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to ensure robust solutions that prioritize stability, scalability, and performance.
• Foster strong partnerships with Product Managers (PMs) and the Development team to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable solutions for products, encompassing intuitive UI representations and seamless integration with backend processing.
• Implement micro frontend architecture to enable independent development, testing, and deployment of UI components.
• Draft meticulous technical specifications and guide developers to uphold design integrity.
• Conduct thorough feature design and code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
• Identify and address product gaps by establishing and enhancing development processes and tools as needed.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence by mentoring junior team members and championing HighRadius core values.
• Drive innovation through research and the exploration of proof-of-concepts (POCs) for emerging requirements.

Skill & Experience Needed:

• Proficiency in leading UI technologies such as ReactJS, Angular, Vue.JS, etc., backed by hands-on expertise. Experience with ExtJs is a value add.
• Strong understanding of micro frontend architecture and experience in designing scalable frontend systems using this approach.
• Expertise in designing and implementing reusable UI components and libraries using component-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Mastery of core UI Technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience in consuming Restful microservices.
• Familiarity with aPaaS/Low-code application development platforms.
• Basic comprehension of AWS services.
• In-depth analytical thinking to uncover resonating messages for the target audience, informed by rigorous primary and secondary research.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, essential for articulating ideas internally and externally with clarity and precision.
