Job TitleSolution Architect - Blockchain -Vice President - 2Role Summary & Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced blockchain architect to join our team. As a blockchain architect you will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing blockchain solutions across our organization.You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop scalable and secure blockchain architectures to meet those needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for blockchain integration.Lead the design, development and implementation of secure and scalable blockchain architectures.Select appropriate blockchain platform & technologies based on project needs considering factors like security, scalability and interoperability.Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, providing recommendations for implementation of new solutionsAnalsye existing enterprise systems and develop blockchain based soutiionsCollaborate with development & other teams to ensure successful integration of blockchain technologies.Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Core/Must have skillsProven experience of 5+ years as a blockchain architect or similar role.Indepth knowledge of Distributed Ledger Technology and consensus algorithmsUnderstanding of security protocols and cryptographyKnowledge and exposure to various public & enterprise blockchain protocols – Ethereum, Besu, Quoum, HLF, Corda etcProficiency in programming languages commonly used for blockchain development such as Solidity, Go or PythonExperience in designing & implementing Smart contracts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile MethodologiesGood to have skillsBlockchain certificationsExperience working on cloud platforms like AWS, AzureKnowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations for blockchain implementationsContribution to opensource blockchain projects or acrive participation in blockchain communities and forums.Work ScheduleOn premiseKeywords (If any)Blockchain, EthereumWhy this role is important to usOur technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients.
