Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong SAP technology hiring background to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring SAP professionals for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP technologies, along with hands-on experience in technical recruitment within the consultancy industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client managers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements for SAP projects.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify and engage top talent in the SAP ecosystem.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline, and hiring progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter with a focus on SAP technologies, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Hybris, and SAP Fiori.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring SAP professionals across various skill levels and functional areas, including developers, consultants, architects, and project managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
