AI Solutions Architect

Location: Hi Tech City Hyderabad, Telangana

Position Type: Full-Time

As the AI Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI/ML solutions to advance the ZL Platform. Your role will involve working with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements, proposing technical solutions, and leading the implementation of the chosen solutions.

Responsibilities

Development and Optimization of LLMs models - Implement and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models for ZL product features focusing on performance and accuracy.

Evaluating Model Performance - Conduct rigorous evaluations of LLMs, assessing effectiveness, efficiency, and business alignment.

Integration of Advanced AI Technologies - Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and function calling to enhance the capabilities of Large Language Models

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, particularly in LLMs, LLM agents, and large-scale neural network training.

Lead MLOps, automating ML pipeline, including the training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI models turning prototypes into automation pipelines and then deploying them to production.

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales teams to secure design wins at customers. Enable development and growth of ZL product features through customer feedback and PoC evaluations.
• Be accountable for the success, quality, and delivery of AI/ Machine Learning components of the product.
• Act as a problem solver to address organizational and process challenges, leveraging technical expertise to bridge gaps, streamline operations, and facilitate smooth execution of partnership initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

• PhD or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or other relevant disciplines.
• 6+ years of experience working in AI/ML (ideally with vector databases) with production experience in implementing AI/ML solutions in products.
• Hands-on experience in building scalable systems for training & evaluating of machine learning/deep learning models.
• At least 2 years of experience with the full ML development lifecycle using AI and ML frameworks
• Experience with state-of-the-art NLP algorithms and AI models, Multi-modal LLMs, Foundation models, and parameter efficient fine tuning of LLMs
• Experience in automating ML pipeline, including the training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI models from prototype to production
