Skillsets:
- Should have experience in Fund Accounting & Reporting OR Fund Admin Operations for Private Equity Funds, Hybrid Funds, Alternatives+
- Strong experience in calculating Net Asset Value for the Funds
- Sound knowledge of Financial markets/Financial reporting and web research
- Good Knowledge of Stocks/Private Equity/Mutual funds
- Excellent Communication skills as this is a client-facing role
- Flexible for US shift.
- Good at MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Strong People management skills (should be managing/have managed 80+ Headcount)
Operational Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Operational Hygiene of the team
- Ownership of agreed process SLAs & KPIs
- Client, Process, and People Management
- Suggest and contribute to the process efficiency targets
- Review and perform Senior level review of Financial statements
- Financial Statement Analysis & Portfolio Reporting
