Responsibilities:

  • Structure and manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs
  • Lead the development and tracking of integrated business development plans
  • Provide support to business development leadership by managing client interactions, identifying opportunities, and strategizing for growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for new business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations based on industry best practices
  • Manage pipeline by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and opportunities
  • Establish and maintain processes to manage client relationships and opportunities over the business lifecycle
  • Mentor and coach team members on business development strategies and techniques
  • Utilize CRM and sales tracking tools to monitor sales plans and progress
  • Review business development activities for compliance with procedures and standards
  • Effectively communicate relevant business information to the team as directed by the Business Development Manager


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or related field (Required)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and planning skills
  • Critical thinking and good decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time and workload effectively
