And that's where you come in! Are you the one? Team Pakka is looking for an experienced Product/Process Engineering Head who is passionate about building products that customers love. The candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. Key Responsibilities ·      Research and understand the core technology ·      Analyze customer and market needs and conceptualize the needs into a tangible product ·      Develop the prototype into a scalable product through the new product development process ·      Develop specifications, test methods and required quality systems for the products ·      Work with process development and manufacturing to ensure proper launch of the product ·      Identify the necessary certifications and to ensure product design to be in compliance ·      Provide technical services to sales, marketing and on field customer requests ·      Identify the required technology and vendors that would help in developing the new products ·      Lead and manage the product launches from concept to market launch through the gate process Person Profile ·      Has Experience of 12-15 years in molded industry/Packaging and Containers industry/ Automobile industry ·      Keen on environmental change ·      Graduates/post-graduates with experience in the Packaging industry, product development, or an innovation company. Educational background from IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging) will be an added advantage. ·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships ·      Good listening skills ·      Inquisitive & curious nature ·      Processes & technical understanding ·      Good Coordinating skills
