Job Overview:

As a MSP and Direct Sales Specialist (UK/EMEA/APAC/Australia) you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client base and strengthening our presence in the market. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and strategically positioning our recruitment services to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in the market.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and positioning our recruitment services as the solution of choice.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic business decisions.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.

Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from business development to successful placement.

Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and build a robust professional network.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to the leadership team.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, MBA is a plus.

Proven track record of success in business development and sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
