Role - Leader India Energy FAE Stream - Energy Company Overview: L&T Semiconductor (LTSCT), a fully owned subsidiary of L&T is the first Indian Semiconductor product company - a fabless company designing & delivering Smart Devices for Global Customers. Purpose: We are seeking a experienced FAE Leader, for LTSCT “Leader India Energy FAE” focused on Analog, Power products for Energy. He / She will be responsible creating the pipeline of opportunities for LTSCT products and solutions with customers in Energy sector. His/her main responsibility will be making technical strategy and ensuring that Energy Sales meets the targets. He will work deal wise to make strategies to win deals and create sustainable partnerships. From making presentations, proposals and closing deals – it will be the responsibility of the of Leader India Energy FAE to support the India Energy Head. This is a Pan India role for Energy. Areas Of Responsibility: As Leader India Energy Field Application Engineer, you will assist customers in selection, evaluation and integration of LTSCT’s Semiconductor components in their systems for the Energy Vertical In this role you will: Work on the design-in support activities on customer projects. Provide technical support to customers to use LTSCT components during evaluation and development phase of their application - from initial handholding support to deeper code level support. Increase design funnel for LTSCT components. Provide solutions to customer issues. Work cross functionally with system design, chip design, software, and content development teams to solve issues reported by customers. Develop basic demos/solution for local customer on need basis. Develop collaterals (sample codes, application notes, knowledge base articles) proactively to build LTSCT product knowledgebase and based on customer request. Prepare and deliver product/application training to end customers. Experience and Qualification: 15– 20 years’ experience in the Semiconductor industry having worked at design level on MCUs/Sensors/Analog/Power/RF in R&D or as an FAE in Semiconductor industry. Should have managed a team of FAE’s under him knowledge on microprocessor architectures & programming skills on Embedded C. understanding and working experience on one or more of the following domains: Energy/Industrial Infrastructure. Good experience in handling lab equipment (Oscilloscope, Power supply, Multi-meter, Signal generator etc) and debugging procedures. Customer-oriented mindset with a keen interest to build innovative solutions. Ability to review schematics and conduct investigative research to identify and resolve customers technical issues. Interest and ability to learn new technologies very quickly. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (an additional Master/PHD is desirable) Technical And Behavioral Skills: Soft Skills: Team player; Fast Learner; Analytical Abreast with Latest Technology Trends; Conversant with necessary tools & technologies written and verbal communication skills have couple of patents to the credit Qualifiers for the Role / Necessary Experience and Skills Required for the Role: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (an Masters/PHD is desired)
