AutoCAD Digitization Specialist (Contract)

This is a fixed-term contract of 6 months . At the end of the contract period, renewal may be considered based on the business requirements.

Role Summary

We seek skilled individuals proficient in AutoCAD for digitization work on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent spatial reasoning skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Core Functions

• Ensuring accuracy and precision in digitized drawings, adhering to project specifications and requirements.
• Collaborating with project managers or clients to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Reviewing and revising digitized drawings as necessary, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Maintain organized file management systems for digitized drawings, ensuring accessibility and ease of retrieval.
• Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, delivering high-quality digitized drawings within specified timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with team members or clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
• Stay updated on advancements in AutoCAD software and techniques, incorporating new tools or features to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of ISMS/ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with demonstrated experience in digitization work.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in digitized drawings.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members or clients.
• Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
• Previous experience in architectural, engineering, or construction industries is preferred but not required.
