Following a new opportunity, we are currently looking for a Web Compliance & Support Consultant for the project based in Bangalore, India with one of the giant Japanese MNC Takeda Pharmaceutical, for initial nine months the resource will be on PQE role, and then Takeda will absorb the candidate on their company role looking into performance of candidate.


You will be responsible for



  • Manage and resolve incoming support requests related to website compliance management through our ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • Support business and technical owners with website launch, updates and decommission requests.
  • Assist with identifying and raising potential process- and/or compliance related risks
  • Support with resolving issues in a constantly changing environment and work closely with the Web Technologies and Privacy Teams
  • Assist our internal team with technical and training support
  • Assist data import, export and cleanup activities as needed
  • Assist the team with collecting and analyzing data, monitoring backlog items and delivering regular reports


About you



  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in user-friendly language to non-technical end users
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills; attention to detail
  • Good understanding of the end-to-end website lifecycle management processes
  • Knowledge and experience with privacy laws, regulations and best practices related to compliant internet presence is an advantage and experience with Atlassian (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience with consent management tools (preferably OneTrust)
  • Knowledge and experience with analytics tools (e.g. Matomo, Adobe)
  • Knowledge and experience with social media apps is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks setting clear priorities
