Role Overview: Your role involves aiding in the conception and planning of meetings tailored to meet the needs of Corporate Connections' members. It includes overseeing event logistics, coordinating with internal teams and members, and ensuring flawless execution. This includes pre-meeting preparations, on-site support, and post-meeting duties like feedback collection and report generation. Success in this position requires keen attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to evolving situations. Responsibilities: Support in developing captivating meetings customized to meet the needs of Corporate Connections' esteemed members, overseeing event and vendor management. Assess event requirements, considering budgetary and time constraints, to effectively plan and execute all meeting operations seamlessly. Perform final checks on event day to guarantee adherence to standards, including meticulous event and technology setup. Create compelling PowerPoint presentations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and update meeting minutes on global platforms as needed. Collaborate with internal tech partners, serving as a travel concierge by coordinating flight bookings and venue arrangements. Foster smooth coordination between members and internal teams, addressing their needs promptly and facilitating payment collection when necessary. Who we are looking for : Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with chapter members and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant experience in event coordination or community management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Canva, with the ability to create visually engaging presentations, reports, and other materials to effectively communicate information Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in coordination and documentation. Adaptability and flexibility to manage diverse tasks and respond to changing circumstances. Previous experience in leadership roles or volunteer management is advantageous. Why Join Us?
