We are currently hiring for HR Manager who can join us immediately at our Hyderabad location. Mandatory Requirements:   You must have scored 80% marks in your 10th and 12 th standard. Your schooling must be from an English Medium School. You must be an MBA Graduate from IIM or Top 50 Indian B-Schools ONLY You must have at least 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Experience in the US healthcare field is preferred but not required.  OR You must have completed MBA from an English-Speaking Country (US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) and have at least 3 years of work experience in these countries in the field of Human Resources .   Responsibilities: Ensure all operations in respective departments are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Works closely with CEO on other special planning and departmental projects. Consistently recruiting excellent staff. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process. Drafting Agreements and Policies. Training, counseling, and coaching our staff. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Carrying out necessary administrative duties. Conducting Employee performance Evaluations. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy. Leading a team of HR Executives. Identifies trends and assesses opportunities to improve processes and execution. Recruit, train and supervise staff. Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
