Job Responsibilities: Foster collaboration with HR counterparts, enhancing alignment and synergy across the renewable energy organization. Develop and implement robust recruitment and onboarding procedures to support the growth and success of the renewable energy company. Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on talent acquisition, management, development, and retention strategies specific to the renewable energy sector. Lead office facilities projects, such as office space expansion, to accommodate the evolving needs of the renewable energy organization. Partner with business leaders and employees within the renewable energy company to ensure compliance with global and local HR policies. Contribute to global HR projects and facilitate the implementation of HR policies and practices tailored to the renewable energy industry. Required Skills/Job Requirements : With a minimum of 10 years in broad HR generalist and HRBP roles, demonstrate extensive experience within the renewable energy / Energy sector. Possessing a master's degree in business administration with HR expertise tailored to the renewable/conventional Energy industry is preferred. Showcase a robust understanding of HR operations and labor compliances relevant to the renewable energy industry. Exhibit a results-oriented approach, focusing on proactive solutions that drive growth and success in the renewable energy sector. Excel as an effective team player, capable of fostering a high-performance and motivated team aligned with the objectives of the renewable energy organization. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's mission, vision, and values in the renewable energy sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies tailored to the unique needs of the renewable energy industry. Provide strategic guidance and counsel to senior leadership on HR matters, contributing to the overall success and growth of the renewable energy organization.
