About the role:
As a member of the Partner Operations (PartnerOps) team, you will be part of a team that is responsible for Partner Operations, Cloud Operations, management of our Subcontractor pool, as well as various reporting and projects to continuously improve our processes and ways of working. This position will put you in a central role in a challenging environment and provides a great opportunity to be highly visible to our Service leadership. The position has a wide range of responsibilities, from managing day to day operations and being responsible of key processes, running projects to effectively standardizing tools and templates and measuring program results, and will allow you to have a direct impact into our Partner strategy. Most importantly is that you are excellent in stakeholder management.
Partner Operations require the capacity to work across various topics like handling of subcontractor, legal and contracting, financial and payment of contractors, management of resource and resource planning with our delivery team, partner training and certification, partner portal and knowledge management, reporting of our activities, cloud operations with contracting of hosting and incentives program handling.
What you’ll do for us…
- Effectively ensuring that all processes are managed correctly and in a timely partner for the internal and external clients of the team
- Effectively managing multiple projects; monitoring and managing the progress of project(s)
- Identifying bottlenecks, dependencies and risks, analyzing and solving them
- Setting out, monitoring and escalating action points
- Ensuring an effective communication flow, both within the team and with (external) stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are aligned to the strategic goals of o9
- Standardizing project tracking and reporting
- Standardizing project management tools and templates
- Developing a company-wide program management methodology
