Job Responsibilities

  • Overall responsible for driving and achieving the business goals of the Experience Centre, including:

a. Registrations

b. Expense management

  • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction (measured through CSS & NPS) and managing customer feedback.
  • Responsible for planning and executing Below The Line (BTL) activities in the defined territory to generate leads and increase footfall.
  • Organizing and conducting seminars inside colleges/community centers.
  • Providing ongoing training and support to the team.
  • Responsible for planning shift timings/rosters for the team and overall team management.
  • Coordinating floor management to enhance customer experience.
  • Implementing innovative strategies to increase conversions.
  • Handling difficult customers as the second level of support.
  • Reviewing and monitoring lead follow-ups, closure of leads, and dispositions by the team.
  • Leading the team effectively.
  • Coordinating with the commercial team for the upkeep of the center's infrastructure.
  • Ensuring timely reporting of data, management information systems (MIS), and accounts.
  • Ensuring timely deposit of collections in the bank as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Managing imprest funds effectively
