Position Summary HighRadius is looking to fill a newly created R2R (Record to Report) Assistant Manager role. This Candidate will build strong relationships across all the relevant stakeholders viz. FP&A and other teams within Accounting and business teams (wherever required). As an Assistant Manager R2R (Record to Report), you will use your strong accounting skills to review, reconcile, and drive closure of the account balance and statutory books at each month/ quarter/year-end. You will also be responsible to prepare financial statements of various entities that drive Statutory Audits and other reporting compliances (except tax) of EMEA entities. Moreover depending on the requirement, you might also be required to work on some Adhoc business/ leadership requests for Finance/ Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both IFRS and US GAAP. Additionally, you will also be highly analytical, a self-starter, results-driven, and would thrive in a fast-paced environment. Location : Hyderabad(on-site) Key Responsibilities Reviewing transactions for US/EMEA entities and performing month/ quarter/year-end activities Reviewing reconciliations for the account balances assigned at each month/ quarter/ year-end Involve actively in month/ quarter/year-end activities Preparation of Financial statements for various entities (EMEA) Manage statutory audit requirements and other reporting compliances (except tax) for EMEA entities including sharing schedules, communicating with auditors, managing statutory timelines Support for Adhoc business/ leadership asks including wherever required, partnering and working closely across teams Depending on bandwidth and work allocation, support other tasks within the team including consolidation, budget/forecasts Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance CPA License / Chartered Accountant or equivalent 2-4 years of relevant experience
