Designation : UX Project Manager Location: Hyderabad Years of experience - 5-8 years Education: IIT, NID, MIT, NIFT, Nirma Institute(Mandatory) Job Description As a Project Manager, you will plan projects, define milestones and timelines, assess risks, create actionable insights, develop mitigation strategies and ensure projects meet deadlines You will define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Lead project kick-off meetings and effectively communicate project objectives and requirements to the team and to clients. You will orchestrate the work of UX Designers, Researchers, Content Strategists, UX designers, and other design disciplines, while also working closely with our practice and client partners, to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences for our clients and their customers. Track project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization. Provide leadership and operational excellence across our client design teams to deliver the highest level of trust-building and strategic counsel through all project interactions. Act as a representative for Experience Design in cross-functional collaborations with Design, Engineering, and other internal and client teams, connecting all groups and making sure interdependencies are understood and planned for. Identify team needs with regards to process, tools and documentation, driving required changes to make sure the UX team is working at optimum efficiency. Lead and collaborate with UX team leadership in key project decision making and orchestrate successful delivery for multiple UX related projects simultaneously. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the project team. Coordinate and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability. Lead Experience Design/UX meetings, creating agendas, driving decisions, tracking KPIs and managing follow-ups. Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives. Conduct project retrospectives and implement process improvements for future projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interactive Design, Computer Science, Project Management) and 5+ years of experience as a PM (or a Designer who has 2+ years of experience as a PM) in a digital design or web marketing/advertising industry or similar role. Strong leadership and effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Experience developing project plans for UX centric scope in an iterative software development environment. Strong understanding of interactive design principles, UX/UI best practices, and web development processes. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams (motion, interaction, UX research, engineering, content strategy) on technical implementation. Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines. Technical savvy and the ability to master the tools we use—from Excel to Figma to project management to proprietary applications. The ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from Development, Marketing, Product, Creative and partners.
