Job Description The Professional Services Director has a frontline management role with two primary responsibilities: 1. Services Delivery and Personnel Management Responsible for the successful delivery of consulting services as well as the coordination of activities and information between key engagement stakeholders. 2. Performance Management Responsible for the management of consulting personnel which would include participation in staffing decisions performance reviews and career development support. 3. The ideal candidate should be a strong any of Oracle Apps HRMS / CoreHR / Payroll / GlobalHR TechnoFunctional should be strong in EBS/Fusion/PeopleSoft/Worday Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design and Develop project scope priorities deadlines and deliverable schedules. Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet client needs and expectations. Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate service delivery performance. Work closely with clients manage overall coordination from planning through implementation. Ensures successful delivery of consulting services through effective Client Engagement and Management programs. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales operations and IT to ensure alignment and coordination in service delivery efforts. Manage escalations and resolve complex service delivery issues in a timely manner. Create project charters and project plans and budget. Manage and monitor project budgets and expenditures. Prepare and present reports updates and recommendations to senior management on service delivery performance and initiatives. Contribute to proposals project expansion and business development call. Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to service delivery. Lead mentor and manage a team of service delivery managers and specialists and coach staff on projects and assess performance for engagement and yearend reviews. Facilitate resource requirements analysis and scheduling including estimated project work effort for both client and consulting resources. Guide business technical and 3rd party solution provider resources. Monitoring project activities ensuring the quality and integrity of the information is intact. Required Skills 15 Years of total experience. 5 Years of Project Management experience. Prior experience with Oracle EBS and Business Intelligence is a must. Ability to work across a broad range of business and ITrelated subjectmatter areas with sensitivity to global impact. Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships. Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing fastpaced interactive resultsbased team environment.
