Position Title: Director of Product Management


Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Director of Product Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both banking and hospitality industries, with proven expertise in product management. As the Director of Product Management, you will lead a team of product managers, drive product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.


Responsibilities :


  • Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of products.
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and make trade-off decisions based on business impact and resource constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and success.
  • Monitor and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market data to iterate and improve product features and functionality.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on banking and hospitality industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in the banking industry, with a deep understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including experience working in or with hotels, resorts, or related businesses.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies is a plus.
