THE ROLE We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Project Managers to join our global team (7 offices) of rock stars and help take our organisation to the next level. You will manage the design, build and delivery of intelligent and robust solutions for Katzion’s clients. You will be accountable for the overall successful execution of a project or support contract from initiation through Go Live. You will lead functional and technical requirements sessions, act as a liaison between clients and Katzion's internal development staff, architect and document solutions, and develop interfaces between client side business and technology platforms and other systems. This role is both client facing and team leading. Responsibilities PROJECT MANAGEMENT Leverage the appropriate project delivery methodology (Agile/Waterfall) to manage project teams consisting of business and technical resources. Oversee multiple client projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (sales, planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support) Manage, coordinate, and delegate work of project development teams Use your management and leadership capabilities to successfully execute project plans across multiple projects, developing and managing project timelines and governance plans, project schedules, design documents and success criteria, project milestones, reporting and budgets. Identify strategic and tactical opportunities to drive client value across multiple projects. Identify and manage cross project interdependencies. Act as point of escalation for project issues. Proactively identify potential at risk deliverables and intervene with remediate activity plans. Provide mentoring and coaching for project delivery team members. To support the interview and recruitment process for new team members ensuring fir to Katzion culture, work practices and appropriate skill profiles. Take responsibility for the risk profile across all projects within remit. Support pre/post sale processes and associated activities. Drive the initiative/project estimation processes. PROJECT DELIVERY Translate client functional business requirements into a well-architected client solution, leveraging best practices and technology platform & products, and minimising the need for custom development. Propose, design, and implement solutions/upgrades, enhancements to solve client business needs Document client business requirements and ensure all have been satisfied through the implementation Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed Design and lead the execution of test plans and end-user acceptance testing to ensure a quality solution is delivered Present solution options to customer, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customisation Participate in declarative system configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and http://Force.com solutions when necessary Participate in training content development and Administrator and end-user training delivery Conduct end user training for the solution and provide necessary implementation documentation Meaningfully contribute to the continual improvement of the Katzion delivery operating model . Work cross-functionally to determine the best resource utilisation plans to satisfy client solution objectives. CUSTOMER LIAISON Work with clients to develop solution value propositions across multiple deliveries and projects. Support engagement managers business development objectives by taking operational level ownership for the development of repeat and new business opportunities with client base. Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with new and existing clients Collaborate with clients to analyse business requirements, design platform solutions, and manage projects. Effectively manage all aspects of projects and client communications including customer expectations, scope, timeline, resources, and budget through regular project status meetings with customers utilising project burn reports and status reports. Facilitate interactive design sessions with business and technical stakeholders to understand business processes and related functional and technical requirement detail. SoW/SCOPE/CHANGE REQUESTS Ensure delivery per SOW, identifying deviations from requirements and assumptions and raise change orders as needed. Identify additional effort and incremental scope items, perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping, and create and discuss a plan for additional effort with customer (Change Request or Future Phase) Develop detailed implementation estimates and plans for all phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support TEAM MANAGEMENT /R&D COLLABORATION Partner with our industry-leading team of Solutions Architects, Developers, and Technical Architects to solve complex problems and deliver best practice implementations and enhancements on the client business platforms. Assist in R&D capacity understanding the needs of the market and designing solutions to meet those needs. Work with the developers to build those solutions to take to market Manage the delivery team through the entire project lifecycle and track and report team progress against timelines and plans. Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams SALESFORCE/INDUSTRY EXPERTISE Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions Participate in marketing events (e.g. sales meetings) Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking and client presentations Qualifications 4 to 6 years of experience with Salesforce implementations, defining business requirements, business process management and client relationship management required 3 to 5 years of Salesforce-based Business Analysis experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Integrations. 5 to 7 years of project management experience in a professional services or similar environment Demonstrate the ability to understand the operating styles of others as well as team/client relationships, team dynamics, and adjust behaviour accordingly to succeed. Adept at managing client expectations, leading development teams, and maintaining scope according to defined requirements. Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and execute all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. Experience supporting the development of business opportunities and pre/post sales processes. Proven track record of designing and optimising business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills Direct experience with Salesforce administration, configuration and management capabilities Ability to collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, goals, and set expectations on tasks that you and your team will be responsible for Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds Expertise in Salesforce configuration, automations, process builder, and flow Experience leading design sessions with clients and documenting functional specifications, and developing user stories Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with disciplined rigor and following proven methodologies Knowledge of various stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, process definition, requirement engineering, architecture design, development, enhancements, testing Experience defining detailed project scope and plans from business and technology objectives Ability to work closely with senior IT and business leaders to ensure that delivery expectations are developed, managed and met. Leading and directing all levels of project team members, including business and technology resources. Experience with a software development methodology, such as Agile or Waterfall.
