Job Title: Customer Care Associate (Domestic inbound Voice Process)

Job Description- • Provide assistance, resolve queries, and offer solutions to customer issues promptly and professionally.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective communication.

• Identify and assess customers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.

• Escalate complex issues to higher authorities when necessary and follow up on resolutions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines while addressing customer inquiries or issues.

Work mode: Hybrid mode

Eligibility-

Good communication skills Preferred bilingual proficiency in Telugu and Hindi Typing speed of 25 words per minute

Qualification:Minimum educational qualification: 10+2, Diploma, or Any Graduate

Shift Timings:Rotational Shifts (Any 9 hours between 6:00 AM and 11:45 PM

Job Location: Kondapur (Hyderabad)
