As a Sales Team Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing sales teams, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving business growth in line with our values and objectives. Inhand Annual CTC : 3,00,000 to 3,24,000 | Average Annual Incentive Capacity : 3,00,000 to 3,20,000 No capping on Incentives! Responsibilities Sales Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team across 11 stores in Hyderabad, ensuring recruitment of top talent, training, and development to achieve sales targets consistently. Provide guidance, motivation, and support to the team to deliver exceptional results. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth operations of all stores, including timely opening, adherence to Lenovo's standards for store and human hygiene, and maintenance of inventory levels. Manage petty cash and miscellaneous expenses efficiently to optimize business performance. Business Management: Oversee the overall business operations, including inventory management, sales performance analysis, and implementation of strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to address any deviations. Customer Experience: Champion the delivery of superior customer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service. Address customer feedback and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Joint Business Planning (JBP): Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with Lenovo, aligning strategies and objectives to drive mutual growth. Travel as required within Hyderabad and occasionally outside for quarterly sales meetings at the Mumbai head office. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the retail sector, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards success. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple stores and responsibilities effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for improvement. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional travel, to meet business requirements.
