Job Role The HR Analyst (Data Analyst) role is a hands-on role facilitating key decisions and action plans. The role drives the values "Numbers Don't Lie" and "GRIT". Reporting to the Global P&C Partner, this role will work with the Employee Experience teams of North America/EMEA to provide data, analytics, & strategic decision support across multiple Business Units and Regions across HighRadius. The HR Analyst will provides data, analytics, insights, and strategic decision support across multiple Business Units and Regions across HighRadius. This role is physically based out of Hyderabad, India, but is a Global supporting role, and will require collaboration across multiple time zones. Expected working hours will be 1 PM - 10 PM IST and is subject to change based on requirements. This is an Individual Contributor role. This individual will have responsibility for collaborating with internal teams and project owners to understand their unique needs and provide best in class analytical solutions. By identifying patterns, trends, and correlations in employee data, they will contribute to the development of strategic initiatives that optimize our workforce and create a positive work environment. Competitive candidates should be data-driven, detail-oriented, execution-focused, excellent at communication, and accomplished at driving quantifiable results within a fast-paced global organization. Cleanse, aggregate and transform datasets from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, and databases; taking the initiative to identify key metrics to measure employee performance, engagement, diversity, and other relevant areas. Develop new, and maintain existing suite of dashboard solutions, exec level reports, and automated visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders. Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Be adept at adopting the "First Principles" approach to decision making; ensure users understand the “why” behind importance of the analysis and associated downstream impact. Work experience as a Human Resources Analyst or a similar role. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in same space. Ability to identify through data, the problem areas for all HR transactions and service delivery processes and recommends solutions. Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as interpersonal skills. Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently
