Job Purpose

Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Gurgaon.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Infrastructure, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy Transition
  • pitch books, Information memorandum (IMs), industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.
  • financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
  • project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”
  • client independently on calls and e-mails
  • responsibilities include:
  • the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products
  • high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck

Demonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment


Key Competencies

MBA/ CFA/ CA

  • 2-6 years of experience in the Investment banking / Private Equity role
  • Experience of working Investment banking projects, including:
  • Pitch book / IM support and company profiles
  • Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries
  • Detailed financial analysis
  • Bespoke qualitative research
  • Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps
  • Benchmarking, Ratio analysis
  • Knowledge on Infrastructure sector / infrastructure projects in an investment banking division of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, or advisory firm
  • of working on financial models for Infrastructure projects would be an added advantage
  • analytical and statistical skills to assess and understand project investment structures, government regulations/ policies and industry, to prepare models and related assumptions
  • candidate should be self-starter and should be able to work independently
  • written and spoken communication skills
  • MS Office skills – MS Excel should excellent along with proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
