Role Details:

Data Management

  • Maintaining the database on the Internal templates of the Organization
  • Utilise CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track sales activities,
  • update customer information, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Maintain a Repository of ongoing Developer Projects.
  • Sales Reach out
  • Qualify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads for continuous sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service,
  • addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, including lead
  • qualification, negotiation, and contract signing
  • Achieving Sales Targets
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Team Leader.

Market and Product Knowledge

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively position our services in the marketplace.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly/Quarterly Sales Revenue
  • Number of New Customers Acquired
  • Conversion Rate (Lead to Sale)
  • Customer Satisfaction Ratings


Working Conditions: This role may require frequent travel to Developer’s Sales Galleries to meet with clients or attend project Specific Trainings.
