Brand Street Integrated Consultancy Network Private Limited in Gurugram is seeking a full-time Client Services Representative to join our team on-site.


As a Client Services Representative for Merchandising, your primary focus will be on guaranteeing customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. This key role involves overseeing client accounts, addressing client queries and concerns, and collaborating with internal teams like finance and creative to streamline operations effectively.


Additionally, the position will entail conducting client, market, and vendor visits to enhance overall service quality and client relationships.

Responsibilities

1. Business Development Strategy: Develop, execute, and oversee a comprehensive business strategy focused on prioritizing growth and expansion.


2. Client Engagement and Communication: Conduct regular meetings with clients to update them on the progress of their projects and provide transparency regarding ongoing work.


3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring client relationships founded on trust, effective communication, and mutual respect.


5. Project Management: Manage and review the progress of client advertisement projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.


6. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as account managers, creative directors, and digital specialists to coordinate and execute client campaigns successfully.


7. Market Research and Sales Solutions: Conduct in-depth industry research to identify market trends and develop innovative sales solutions to meet client needs effectively.


8. Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data to measure results, identify emerging trends, and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ Post Graduation Degree (Preferred - Business/Marketing)
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
