JOB DESCRIPTION Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management Make sure that organization’s needs are met as projects evolve Oversee project procurement management Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests Help prepare budgets ABOUT CANDIDATE: An ideal candidate will be someone who find himself/herself meeting below traits: # Technical Knowledge and skills Collaborate with clients, architects, and network designers to understand network requirements and objectives. Proficiency in reading and interpreting network diagrams, floor plans, and blueprints. Knowledge and experience to create detailed structured cabling designs and plans, including cable pathways, equipment layout, and network configurations. WAN links deployments Installation, termination, and testing of copper and fiber optic cables connectors, and related network equipment. Efficient mounting and configuration of network racks, cabinets, and patch panels. Cable laying/pulling, dressing, labelling, and cable management to ensure a clean and organized installation. Data Center infrastructure commissioning like UPS, Precision AC, Fire Suppression, VESDA, water leakage detection, rodent repellent etc Working knowledge about Servers and network equipment will be preferred # Documentation and Reporting: Create accurate as-built documentation of the installed cabling system, including drawings, diagrams, and test results. Use your experience to maintain comprehensive records of cable routes, labeling, and connectivity information. Generate reports on project progress, issues encountered, and recommendations for improvement. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred. 5-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, installing, and maintaining structured cabling systems and Data Center Infrastructure Proven work experience in a similar role. Should have attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. Should possess strong client-facing and teamwork skills Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
