Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive. Desire candidate must have minimum 2 year experience in running ads on Facebook/Instagram. Experience with Google is nice to have. Must have in-depth knowledge of optimising and running ads at scale (Monthly spends above 2 lakh per month for any e-commerce brand)


Key Responsibilities


  • Perform daily account reviews of Facebook's ad account as well as other platforms
  • Improve Ad Quality Score, CTR Conversions
  • Provide creative inputs based on based performing campaigns
  • Develop ad creative, landing pages, and other campaign assets to drive engagement and conversions
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including key metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates
  • Responsible for coordinating various online marketing initiatives running across various platforms
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives


Requirements


  • Proven track record of atleast 2 years of hands-on experience in leveraging Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads to drive successful campaigns.
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
  • Experience running ads in International Markets is a huge bonus.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to distil insights & propose relevant recommendations.
  • Candidate should be creative and come up with innovative ideas to promote campaigns
