Job Description Provide expertise to leverage Six Sigma / LEAN / Kaizen optimally for practical & implementable solution i.e., solution is in line with respect to business objectives, scale and volume, identify necessary pre-requisite & limitations for Process Excellence improvement implementation & establish ease of integration of identified solutions. Drives short-, medium & long-term implementation plans with prioritized improvement initiatives. Work with Process/Domain SMEs to come up with Improvement / Transformation Roadmap & Weave Process Excellence across the Overall E2E transformation Roadmap. Leads sessions on developing AS-IS understanding for digital: As-Is Digital footprint and capabilities through SME interviews, Qualitative and Quantitative Data Analysis for the BU. Drives maximizing the opportunities for digital & automated solutions as part of an overall transformation. Should have experience managing idea generation, and conducting opportunity workshops Progressive experience in production support, intelligent automation. Should be a value architect & Innovation manager for any domain/Industry. Strong understanding of underlying solutioning, rationale of selected and proposing solution components. End to end solution. Attend LA Training and BPET Training roadmap for self-development. Drive high impacting Six Sigma and Lean Projects. Mentor team members to improve performance and behavior. Understand VOC/VOE and implement actions to improve the performance on them. Participate in WNS BPET initiatives. Achieve QNS target through Quality Initiatives. Regular interaction with clients and Internal / External stakeholders and maintain good relationship. Mentor YB & GB projects in the team. Good understanding of Data Mining, and Data Analysis – should be able to create the meaningful analysis data cuts leading to the improvement opportunities as low hanging solutions. Identify key opportunity areas with client processes and lead projects to improve process efficiency and effectiveness. Formulate improvement plans based on wastes & variations identified during analysis. Contribute and present in client reviews & meetings. Work closely with operations team to collect data and assess the current situation. Spread continuous improvement culture and drive culture of databased decision-making. Achieve Quality Savings and Productivity targets. LSSGB Certified or Trained & Tested Preferred. Exceptional Data Analysis and Analytics skills. Business acumen and strong result orientation. Proficiency in MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel. Qualifications Any Graduate with Minimum 5 to 6 years of Quality domain and Team handling experience. RCM and AR Collection experience of Minimum 2 to 3 years at AM/DM plus level
