Job Title: Project Manager Location: Hyderabad/Noida/GGN Experience: 10+ years We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of project plans and delivery commitments. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, partners’ teams, and engineers to plan releases, ensure quality, and foster innovation at all levels. If you have extensive experience in program management, particularly in software releases within an agile development environment, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: Coordinate projects by developing and coordinating realistic project estimates, plans, and metrics. Establish milestones, monitor adherence to plans and schedules, identify delivery risks, and drive mitigation strategies and solutions. Ensure all releases are delivered as per the commitment and meet defined release criteria. Collaborate with Product owners and application specialists to groom the product backlog. Track team progress toward milestones/sprints, using key performance metrics to objectively identify if the team is on track or not. Provide both high-level and detailed project status and health to IT and business leadership. Serve as a central point of contact for project questions. Champion release management practices within the Agile delivery teams such as TDD, BDD, refactoring, value stream mapping, continuous delivery methodologies, etc. Drive cross-functional team activities and deliverables. Experience Required: 10+ years of experience in program management of software releases in an agile software development environment with experience as a Scrum Master. Must-Have Skills: Technical curiosity and a desire to understand how things work is essential. Experience running projects using agile development principles, with knowledge of industry-standard tools and best practices. Demonstrated ability to interface and liaise between technical and non-technical audiences, as well as presenting to executive management. Monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders periodically. Set the processes for project execution, as appropriate. Detail-oriented, but able to identify and communicate the biggest issues. Decisive, action-oriented attitude; able and willing to own open issues and drive resolution. Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to team development; able to work well in cross-functional teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills; ability to motivate teams. Passion for continuous process improvement. Experience with Jira Agile and other collaborative tools is preferred. Nice to Have: Experienced user of SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, and Excel. Flexibility and ability to adapt to evolving processes. Experience working as a technical lead/manager in previous roles.
