Job Purpose: An incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution of Ghadi Detergent Powder & Cake for South Zone , the zone comprises the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.


Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Regularly monitor sales performance across segments, products, and areas against the business plan and Identify gaps
  • Frequent market visits and meetings with dealers, distributors, and retailers. Understand market dynamics, gather feedback, and develop action plans to address market needs.
  • Drive the development of distributor and dealer sales resources to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Analyse internal and external factors to develop competitive strategies tailored to specific demographics within the zone.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources within the allocated budget. Maintain cost control measures, implement resource planning strategies, and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Coach, mentor, and train the sales team. Identify training needs and collaborate with management to address skill gaps effectively.


Candidate Profile

  • Preferably an MBA with 13+ years of experience FMCG industry in handling the sales & distribution for semi and rural market for AP, Telangana & Karnataka states.
  • Candidate must be working in a capacity of Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / State Head / Zonal Sales Head in his current organization.
  • Candidate should have an experience in handling a big team
  • Candidate must know Hindi, Telugu and Kannada language.
