Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled UI Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface design and extensive experience with the Salesforce Lightning Design System. This role requires a creative thinker who can deliver intuitive and user-centric solutions for complex design challenges.
Job Responsibilities
- Design aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for design system-based responsive websites
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to define and implement innovative product direction, visuals, and experience solutions
- Create deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, process flows, site maps, and final design mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Maintain and evolve a set of design patterns and standards
- Supports the UX lead in presenting, reviewing, and refining designs and key milestone deliverables with peers and executive-level stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of UI design experience
- Proven expertise in the Salesforce Lightning Design System is mandatory
- Salesforce UX design certification is a plus
- Proficient in working with design systems and creating wireframes and/or mockups in Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail and mastery of typography, color, and layout within user interface design for responsive web
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in visual design, digital design, or a relevant field

Hybrid Work Model:
Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. This could be at a Credera office, at a client site, or at an off-site location with other team members.
