Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer – Microsoft Technologies Location: KPHB, Hyderabad, Telangana Job Type: Contractor Job Description: We are in search of a highly skilled Lead Systems Engineer with extensive experience in Microsoft technologies to take charge of developing and managing our IT systems from the ground up. The successful candidate will be an expert in MS Exchange, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) or AAD or MS Entra ID and possess significant experience in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, and Identity Governance. Looking for 12 to 15 years of experience Responsibilities: Independently design and implement robust Microsoft environments including MS Exchange, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) or AAD or MS Entra ID, and comprehensive identity management solutions from scratch. Develop, administer, and ensure the security of Active Directory infrastructure, including the integration of MFA and SSO capabilities. Manage network shared folders and establish secure, efficient network configurations. Lead identity governance practices to enhance user lifecycle management, compliance, and access controls. Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and provide expert resolution. Lead and manage projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. Requirements: 12 to 15 years of extensive experience in systems engineering with a focus on Microsoft technologies. Advanced expertise in MS Exchange, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) or AAD or MS Entra ID, MFA, SSO, and Identity Governance. Demonstrated ability to work independently, plan and execute complex IT projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant advanced certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are preferred.
