As a part of the S&C Global Network team, you’ll help drive the following:Develop client’s Digital strategy and help build a cohesive, holistic consumer experience including product, pricing, promotion, digital marketing across various D2C business channels.Define the right Digital business model and operating model for the client to generate business opportunities and support Accenture leadership.Implementation of Ecommerce platforms – Order Management, Content Management, Digital Asset Management, Loyalty, & Data and AnalyticsManage product/platform-based implementation in a functional capacity (gathering user and functional requirements during design, working with development teams during implementation and supporting test cycles)Identify Various Digital Initiatives that enable transformations and be able to create a Business/Value case and roadmapIdentify the revenue and cost levers of Digital Business at Channel/Category level and provide recommendations to improve the revenue and profitability.Manage inter-team and client challenges, enable teams to perform as per objectives and expectations.Lead discussions with client and key stakeholders to provide direction and drive execution by managing project delivery and track timely completion of deliverables.Stay updated with emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide clients with innovative supply chain solutions.Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, attending client meetings, and showcasing expertise in supply chain management.Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:Ability to advise clients on business issues and build credibility to gain buy-in for solutions.Ability to interact with many levels of Accenture management, client organization and solution alliance partners - from senior IT and business leaders to engineers on project teamsHolistic understanding of target industries and experience implementing best practicesExcellent presentation and business proposal development skillsInter-personal skills, Team and Project Management skillsAbility to manage competing demands and meet deadlinesRelevant experience in and / or certification from product vendors Willingness to travel as per project requirementsRead more about us.Your experience counts!Business Management Degree from a Tier 1 InstituteProven experience – with at least one retail industry projectEvaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating packaged solutions into a client system landscape and solutionFunctional knowledge and experience of retail & ecommerce business processes, online customer journey, checkout and payment processes, product information management, forecasting, assortment, merchandising AND/OR category managementPreparation of business case, scenarios, test cases, use cases & UAT scenariosGuiding distributed delivery teams to help understand and clarify requirements throughout all phases of the implementation project3 to 7 (Consultant) 8-10 (Manager) years of relevant work experience in Consulting, Analytics or product implementation What’s in it for you?
