Assistant Manager-Affiliate & Partnership


Join Clensta and play a pivotal role as an Assistant Manager-Affiliate & Partnership at Clensta. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for affiliate management, account management, communication, sales, and online marketing. The day-to-day tasks will include managing affiliate partnerships, coordinating with accounts, communicating with stakeholders, driving sales, and implementing online marketing strategies.

Responsibilities :

  • Ownership of the P&L for the Affiliate & Partnership vertical.
  • Leading a team to strategize revenue plans and collaborate with various departments to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in managing UPI coupon partnerships, banking partnerships, Gift cards, etc.
  • Exploration of growth avenues such as cross-brand promotions, bulk order deals, etc.
  • Coordination with internal departments for creatives, data, billing, legal paperwork, and technology to ensure smooth channel operations.
  • Generating incremental revenue through affiliate and partnership channels.
  • Conducting A/B testing for growth and optimization purposes.
  • Knowledgeable about technical fraud and its prevention.


Required Skills:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing and familiarity with the Google & Facebook ecosystem.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, and PowerBI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
