Business Development Manager with experience in selling Oracle Cloud Lift and Shift, Devops/Managed Services, ERP Implementation and support services, will be a front-line quota-carrying resource responsible for generating leads and taking the lead to closing sales.

 

Primarily a hunter sales position responsible for prospecting activities to maintain 3x pipeline to over-achieve assigned quota, made up primarily of new customers and expanding some customers in the Regional territory assignment. Role targets would be Partners and Direct Customer CEOs, CFOs, CIOs.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute against strategic account plans
  • Solution Sales: Drive sales for Cloud Migration/Lift and Shift, Cloud ERP, EBS ERP, Managed Support Services, Database/FMW Management and Consulting Services within an assigned territory or set of named accounts
  • Client Relationships: Gains customer acceptance by explaining solution value propositions; leverage knowledge of industry challenges and opportunities to build trust and respect with current and future customers
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Serves as a critical team member of solution sales; collaborate with multiple specialists, sales engineers and customers at one time
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management's strategic decision-making
  • Having Enterprenural attitude, Lead Generation capabilities, Building Partners and sourcing projects.

Experience:

  • Graduate, Post Graduate or equivalent educational background
  • 10 or more years of demonstrated successful high-tech sales experience including sales of complex technical products to a fortune 1000 territory
  • Proven ability to drive and close deal sizes of 50lacs to 5 cr.
