About the role:

Cvent is searching for and Assistant Team Lead or Team Lead, Demand Generation (North America Market) who fits in with our fun, fast-paced culture and has the skills to contribute to Cvent's long-term growth. You will be based in Cvent India's Gurgaon office and would be reporting to the India marketing leadership. You will be responsible for executing the marketing plan for Cvent Event Cloud solutions. This will include demand generation planning and execution, event production, and global stakeholders’ coordination including sales & client services. You are expected to be an expert on the US SaaS market, competition, buyer persona & journey, content writing and driving marketing programs (driving customer programs will be preferred, but not mandatory).

In This Role, You Will:

  • Person is supposed to work on Customer Demand Generation programs and design GTM plan for marketing initiatives.
  • Person is supposed to work with demand generation team and manage and own customer-focused campaigns including - planning, execution, coordination, review of the campaign’s performance and sharing the results with stakeholders.
  • Person will be responsible for cataloguing the available content assets to ensure smooth and streamlined usage of assets as per requirements.
  • Person is supposed to help with analyzing and streamlining content strategy by tracking the performance of various assets and suggesting optimization methods under marketing initiatives.
  • Person is supposed to coordinate with all global program stakeholders about execution, performance, and progress of our content strategy for demand generation.
  • Person will be responsible for sales enablement ensuring the sales team is kept up to date with all marketing activities, ranging from seminars and webinars to latest content, and marketing campaigns.
  • Person will own the content calendar to scale our messaging and help the regional lead-generation program owners across regions.


Here's What You Need:

  • MBA degree from a reputed B-school.
  • Min. 4 to 5 years of marketing experience with software, SaaS-based, or technology products in the B2B space.
  • Create the demand generation plan with a mix of email marketing, digital, social, events, webinars etc.
  • Own the campaign process (plan, create, launch, manage) for customers to drive lead generation for North America (NA).
  • Execute the marketing plans and campaigns for SaaS portfolio across NA.
  • Sound knowledge of content & digital marketing techniques.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with sales, and other marketing teams.
  • Identify market opportunities, articulate competitive differentiation, and deeply understand target segments to evolve and help execute the marketing plan.
  • Establish value propositions and create solution messaging relevant to the regional markets.
  • Prior experience on partner marketing will be great.
  • Highly organized with particular attention to details.
  • Analyze, benchmark, and report on campaigns and marketing tactics, including monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Ability to remain flexible and prioritize while juggling multiple projects in a tight, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Creative thinker, team player, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and an effective communicator.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and project management tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, Clarizen preferred.
