Manager - Provider Network
-As part of your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for:
- Empaneling the Medical Service Providers & increasing home visit coverage
- Scrutiny of the providers documents and entry in Excel Network Master File
- Registering the service provider in the portal and mapping the packages.
- Sending standard letters and reminders to the service provider with respect to pending
documents
- Training of providers on utilization of our Dashboard
- Maintaining reports statistics and analysis in respect to QC rejection and grievances. Preparing
MIS Reports, if required
- Coordination with other internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Time to time review of the service quality of the providers
- Provider Audit & Mystery Shopping
Required Candidate profile
- Graduate/Post Graduate with Minimum 4-5 years of experience in client management preferably in Insurance/ TPA industry
- Good understanding of Life Insurance operations
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong process & team management skills
CTC - 5 to 8 LPA
Location - Marathalli, Bangalore (WFO)
