Manager - Provider Network



-As part of your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for:


  • Empaneling the Medical Service Providers & increasing home visit coverage
  • Scrutiny of the providers documents and entry in Excel Network Master File
  • Registering the service provider in the portal and mapping the packages.
  • Sending standard letters and reminders to the service provider with respect to pending

documents

  • Training of providers on utilization of our Dashboard
  • Maintaining reports statistics and analysis in respect to QC rejection and grievances. Preparing

MIS Reports, if required

  • Coordination with other internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Time to time review of the service quality of the providers
  • Provider Audit & Mystery Shopping


Required Candidate profile



  • Graduate/Post Graduate with Minimum 4-5 years of experience in client management preferably in Insurance/ TPA industry
  • Good understanding of Life Insurance operations
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong process & team management skills


CTC - 5 to 8 LPA

Location - Marathalli, Bangalore (WFO)
