Position Title: Power Purchase Agreement Specialist (Coal Fired Power Plant & Renewable Energy). Role Summary: We are actively seeking a Power Purchase Agreement Specialist to become an integral part of our team, bringing their expertise as a subject matter specialist to contribute towards the creation of a cutting-edge product. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of the Power Purchase Agreement and respective regulations in Coal-Fired power plant(CFPP) and Renewable Energy(RE). Practical experience in interpretation, understanding of PPA clauses, executing and managing PPA is expected. Key Tasks & Accountability : Understanding of PPA clauses and its commercial and legal implications. Understanding the PPAs across different regions (or) countries in the world. Conduct research and analysis of different types of PPAs across the world. Education and Experience: Domain expertise and qualifications include, but are not limited to: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, or other relevant degree). At least 2 to 10 years of extensive experience relevant to the PPA. Exposure to different types of PPAs across the world. Skills: Good understanding of electricity regulations Analytical and interpretation skills of the PPAs Personal Attributes: A team player with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. A self-motivator and a collaborative team player. Excellent time management skills and the ability to assume leadership roles when necessary. Agile, action oriented and a quick learner. Out of box thinker.
