As a pivotal role in the Technology and Data organization and reporting to the Finance Ops Product Group Lead, this role will be accountable for the value delivery and value realization for invoice to cash technology products. This role will own the vision and prioritization of new features and enhancements to account to report technology products and help translate business needs into prioritized user stories. In this role, you will own setting the strategic direction for finance technology products focused on architecting SAP S/4 HANA Financials, Invoice to Cash (High Radius) and supporting I2C ecosystem technologies. As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and digital expert in account to report and invoice to cash, this role will deliver products and platforms that create exceptional experiences for employees within the company and external talent. This role will also be responsible for supporting large-scale and high-visibility global technology transformation initiatives across North America, LATAM, ASPAC, and EMEA regions while driving outcomes that matter in our local markets related to account to report products. This role will manage cross-functional and self-organizing teams to drive agile ways of working and high-quality product delivery. Key Responsibilities: Shape the invoice to cash technology vision/roadmap and steering squad(s) in delivering technology product/platform features oriented around the business impact As the product and platform owner of the Invoice to Cast (I2C) Cash and Deductions Applications, partner with Finance, IT, and project management to be responsible for the deployment. Build and prioritize the financial system portfolio, capturing the demand from the business. Lead design and delivery of SAP Finance (AR) solutions. This role requires a broad in-depth knowledge of Finance business processes and SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) module, integration with SAP and Non-SAP Systems. Lead design and delivery of High Radius SaaS/Cloud Deductions and Cash Applications and supporting I2C ecosystem technologies Leading continuous improvements across the invoice to cash technology product lifecycle while driving engagement with third parties to support the delivery of the squad(s) objectives Understanding the latest technology trends in the invoice to cash field including High Radius Deductions and Cash Applications to inform technology product roadmap Driving the selection of solution options in collaboration with business partners Prioritizing a backlog, utilizing technical expertise, and understanding of customer needs to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for account to report technology products/platforms Working with the business to channel the “voice of the customer” within the account to report product squad to ensure the squad “builds the right thing” Managing resources for account to report and invoice to cash product squad(s) and onboarding new team members Defining and tracking technology OKRs Meet SOX and Audit control requirements Working closely with business partners and technology team members to establish the business case while supporting communications and end-user outreach necessary Working closely with engineers to balance technical debt with feature delivery and assessing technology elements prior to user testing Owning account to report and invoice to cash technology reporting and performance analytics to monitor sprint metrics and user results Actively participating in all squad ceremonies while leading and optimizing the flow of the value using various tools and reporting cadences What we are looking for ? Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or another related field Deep understanding of Finance business / processes and high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery 5+ years of SAP implementation experience within FICO, S/4 HANA 5+ years of experience with defining and implementing Accounts Receivable business processes: SAP S4 A/R, Receivable Management, Cash Flow and Integration with Sales and Distribution Integration expert for unifying the entire Order-2-Cash business process covering: Creation and maintenance of customer master records, Customer transaction processing (including invoices, credits, and payments) integrated with SD, MM modules, Debtor's management, including credit control. Strong knowledge of Reporting and Interface design with other applications Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional self-organized teams Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry will be preferred. Problem solving and process improvements skills required The ability to manage a team of professionals and external consultants is required 3+ years of people management experience required Experience working in a matrix environment Key problem-solving skills in developing communication strategies and actions Requires high degree of independent judgment and decision making Deep understanding of business/processes and high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional self-organized teams Product / Digital expertise: Understanding of customer journeys & customer experience Foundational skills in data engineering, cybersecurity, intelligent automation, and emerging technology Experience managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team-level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, removing blockers, etc.
