Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute commercial "go to market" strategy for related products for the Asia Pacific markets to fulfil growth and annual profitability targets
  • Meet and understand customers’ requirements (including technical specifications) in each market and translate the requirements to production and deliveries.
  • Coordinate Production, Logistic, Technical and other relevant Departments on issues relating to Product Quality and Tracking Satisfaction.
  • Drive coordination of global production and allocation
  • Build positive business relationships with key accounts / customers for long-term business sustainability.


Job Requirements


  • At least 15 years of proven commercial track record
  • Strong understanding of product knowledge and customer needs
  • Strong in operations, demonstrated experience in managing the value chain from production to customers
  • Experience to production team and manage mill/factory operations
  • Commercially savvy with high business acumen
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good leadership and people management skills
  • Sharp with numbers
  • Open to extensive travel requirements
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Bachelor degree in chemistry / engineering, MBA preferred
