Our mission To empower every education advisors and counsellors around the world, through our state-of-the-art tech platform and customer service. About this role: As an international education platform, we are looking to grow and diversify even more. To make this happen we need a team of Field Sales Executives to expand our network of education advisors. In this role, you will identify and connect with local study abroad education advisors and counsellors, English schools and colleges in the region and establish positive relationships by bringing them on MetaApply platform. This will include using data and market insights to identify potential partners. You will also be encouraged to prepare and present sales reports and monitor competitor activity alongside meeting your weekly acquisition targets. You will be provided with a branded MetaApply bike, tablet and merchandise enabling you to meet with potential partners across your area and promote MetaApply. These are some of the key performance areas to the role: · Signup new education advisors and counsellors with MetaApply by prospecting and pitching new potential partners. · Take ownership of signing up and agreeing on favourable targets for both parties · Provide ongoing support to consultants by ensuring they are set up for success. · Deliver on key business and marketing initiatives to drive application growth and ultimately conversions. · Close off the best strategic accounts such as English schools, colleges and tuition centres in your area. What will you bring to the table? · Full Driving licence · Previous experience in customer service or sales is required. · Post-graduates with some sales or customer service experience will also be considered. · Naturally competitive with a track record of driving results (KPIs / Targets) · Sharp attention to detail with a capability to understand data and turn it into effective insight. · Communicative, open with a positive attitude, able to collaborate with other team members.
