HR Transformation- Assistant Manager

Job Summary: This role requires adaptability to a dynamic environment with changing requirements, and frequent interactions with onshore engagement teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: Supporting various Human Capital Transformation initiatives for our clients, that are aimed at aligning the organization's Human Resources function with the strategic goals Drive HR process redesign, improvement initiatives, and overall HR operational efficiency enhancements including people, process and technology levers Working across the entire lifecycle of HR Transformation projects, from initial proposal support, strategy design through implementation Conducts HR maturity studies, Benchmarking and Research Perform stakeholder analysis, job impact assessment, communication planning, and change measurements. Provide expertise in HR organization design analysis and process designing using ARIS/Visio Leverage survey tools, including Qualtrics, for comprehensive organizational insights. Prepare thorough and impactful proposals, from concept determination to drafting and obtaining approvals. Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs), and attending strategy meetings Conduct ambitious HR technology vendor assessments and offer project management office support. Lead communications with the onshore stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow. Own standalone deliverables, managing client relationships that contribute significantly to overall project success. Supports capability building and demand generation and identifies areas where KPMG Global Services (KGS) can provide support to other member firms Qualification and Skills: 5–8 years of experience in HR consulting focusing on HR Transformation and/or HR Advisory roles Strong analytical skills, proven ability to derive insights from data and effect change Proficiency in Excel (including VBA macro creation), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, ARIS, Qualtrics, OrgVue, and Survey tools such as Survey Monkey Expertise in leading HR tech platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, etc. Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop trusted client relationships Excellent project management capabilities, ability to lead HRT projects from start to finish, balancing multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines Willingness to set professional goals, seek and accept feedback, and commit to personal career and skill development Education and Years of Work Experience: MBA or Master’s degree (emphasis on Human Resources, General Management, Organizational Behavior) with 5 to 8 years of experience. Experience in HR Technology enabled HR Transformation related projects is essential.
