Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to tackle complex client issues and provide guidance to our team members as they address day-to-day operational challenges for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Problem-Solving Expertise: As a seasoned consultant, you will excel in problem-solving, offering innovative solutions to various client challenges.
• Mentorship and Team Support: You will play a crucial role in mentoring team members, offering guidance and insights to enhance their problem-solving capabilities for our clients.
• Consulting Lifecycle Involvement: Engage throughout the consulting lifecycle, contributing your expertise to different phases. This includes defining problems, proposing solutions, and actively participating in development, configuration, and deployment of comprehensive solutions.
• Business Process Consulting: Take a lead role in business process consulting, effectively defining problems and creating strategic solutions. Guide project teams, ensuring adherence to project processes and deliverables.
• Client Engagement and Training: Contribute to proposal development, client training, and project scoping, showcasing your expertise in shaping value-adding consulting solutions.
• Capability Building: Internally, aid in capability building, sharing insights and knowledge to enhance our team's skill set and ensure we stay ahead of the evolving global landscape.

Required:

Experience:

• 4+ years implementing Microsoft D365 F&O or earlier versions.
• 2+ years leading implementation/support teams.

Module Expertise:

• Microsoft D365 FO Supply Chain module

Post Go-Live:

• Post go-live customer support experience.

Solution Implementation:

• Successfully implementing practical business solutions using industry best practices

Functional Focus:

• Implementation and support of Dynamics 365 module (AR, AP, Production Control, Master Planning, Product Information Management, etc.)

Additional Functional Experience:

• Experience in Advance Warehouse / Warehouse Management is a strong plus.

Module Operations:

• Designing, configuring, and testing core Dynamics 365/AX Supply Chain modules

Cutover Expertise:

• Experience handling Phased Cutover implementations along with cutover planning.

Documentation, Project Presentation

• Preparing Discovery Documents on various issues and functional specifications for customizations required for Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
• Leading Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and system walkthrough presentations showcasing Microsoft D365 FO’s capabilities.

Client Guidance:

• Assisting customers in understanding out-of-the-box system capabilities and advising on optimal utilization through creative configuration
