CloudStuff’s main product Trackier is a market-leading Performance Marketing and Mobile Marketing Software targeted primarily towards marketing and product teams. As a WordPress developer at Trackier, you will be working on front-end development. To succeed at this position, you will need to be comfortable with and willing to work across - the entire Wordpress website. You will be working with a couple of people who will be building plugins and themes. Technical Requirements:- You have 2+ years of Wordpress development experience. Design, implement and manage websites using WordPress Create WordPress plug-ins and themes Experience using debugging tools such as Firebug and Chrome Inspector Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery Collaborate with members of a creative team Stay abreast of new developments in software, trends, and practices Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code Building the website front-end and conducting website performance tests Analyzing website performance and troubleshooting errors Handling the backend of the website, including database and server integration Ensuring high-performance and managing all the technical aspects of the CMS Requirements Timely delivery This expectation is independent of the experience level and, most important, expectation from any individual. Can be defined as the delivery of the tasks within the agreed time frame along with agreed quality standards. Ownership & Accountability This expectation will vary according to the experience level as well as the role. Junior team members are expected to deliver their tasks with help from others. Senior team members are expected to help junior team members as well as deliver their own tasks. They are also expected to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of projects, including stakeholders management. Some individuals performing some specific roles, like Scrum Masters are expected to perform role-specific duties. Quality delivery Deliver tasks adhering to the existing quality standards. Dev Testing is very crucial. Any obvious misses in requirements or bugs should be considered as bad quality delivery. Teamwork Coordination among team members during sprints. How well team members can resolve blockers without external help. Effective communication between team members. If things are getting delayed because of poor communication, it’s a bad sign.
