A Fintech start-up in the Financial Inclusion Sector with significant investments by prominent investors in the fintech space.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience dealing with Fintech companies, Payment Aggregators and Payment Wallets, acquiring new partners, servicing and managing the account, and arranging for meetings and negotiations on behalf of the company. Must be an organized multitasker, be able to handle diverse projects at once, and meet tight deadlines. Start-up experience will be preferable.


Role

  • Discover scale new offline sales channels to fuel growth.
  • Monitor daily / weekly business conversion funnels and drive improvements to improve funnel shape and deliver monthly targets.
  • Create granular bottom-up plans, basis experiments and initiatives, and ensure adherence.
  • Review teams and Improve sales effectiveness by using data-backed insights.
  • Coordinate and plan with cross-functional operations, and central teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Manage, develop and oversee entire Financial Services offering at the company
  • Head both the demand and supply side of the Fintech
  • Head partnerships with Banks, NBFCs and other financing partners
  • Conceptualise and design the entire product journey for the Fintech


What You'll Do

  • Participate in building the modern payments technology and banking infrastructure with the fastest growing Fintech company in India
  • Lead a sales team of committed and passionate about onboarding client partners with innovative payment solutions
  • Owning sales targets overall and within accounts. Developing and implementing an Industry and Region-specific plan to achieve the same
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives
  • New Customer Acquisition in the Payments Gateway and Payouts domain
  • Achieve assigned Targets consistently and collectively as a team for the Region
  • Manage new Customers as onboarded to ensure customer delight and positive word of mouth
  • To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio.


What Makes You A Great Fit

  • Minimum 3+ yrs of experience
  • Previous product-focused sales experience and an organized approach to work
  • Should have experience in handling a minimum of 5 to 8 members of a sales team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
  • Strong business acumen and product expertise.
