The candidate would focus heavily and largely exclusively on Property Due-Diligence including Property Verification with the below objectives:
• Meeting with different stakeholders at branch offices on regular basis.
• Responsible for generating regular flow of work.
• Collecting property documents from different branch offices in Delhi & NCR and submitting at K&K Office in Greater Noida.
• Vetting of property documents for verifying the legal ownership of property (Current ownership, Chain of Title, Claims/Disputes if any, Liens, property tax etc) and preparing the search report.
• Verifying documents from public records by visiting Sub registrar’s office and submitting the search receipts along with certified copy of documents
• Registry of property.
• Prior experience in handling due diligence work would be helpful.
• Should be willing to work independently and take complete responsibility of mandates allocated.
• Should have strong written & verbal communication skill.
• Should be a focused, mature and independent professional.
• Should have minimum 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Qualification: Graduate from any stream with minimum 3 years of experience in drafting the due diligence/Title search reports
LLB graduate with min 2 years' experience drafting the due diligence/Title search reports.
